2026 SCHEDULE
*NB As always, it is subject to change.

The Schedule with the running order of sections is out now. Just remember that sometimes the timetable is not absolutely perfect for you, but we have a lot of people to consider and access to change rooms to consider too. We have done our best to make it convenient for as many people as possible, but of course it can’t be perfect for everyone.

We look forward to seeing all the dancers shine on stage!! Bring your energy, your passion and supportive spirit!

Full Schedule available on our website…take the shortcut here:

TEACHER PASSES / Backstage Passes and Working With Children Checks

Teachers, it is now time to send us the list of teachers that will be helping backstage to support the students and to assist with props. Please send us a copy of the ‘Working With Children Checks’ for all teachers. Please email to: secretary@saeisteddfod.com.au

We endeavour to keep the backstage area as quiet and calm as possible for all of our dancers to have their moment in peace before they go on stage. We therefore do not allow parents backstage unless there are exceptional circumstances in which case you need to apply in writing before the event to: president@saeisteddfod.com.au Parents are allowed to take their children to the Greenroom and then are asked to please enjoy your child’s performance from the audience. This gives your performer an extra reason to perform out to the audience and you can enjoy every moment.

HONOUR BOARD UPDATE

Many of you will have seen our digital display of former SASDS performers who have gone on to professional Careers in Dance and Theatre in the foyer of the theatre at SASDS Eisteddfod. If you know anyone who has gone on to professional work and also performed at SASDS please ask them to send us a digital photo of them in their professional role and a very brief description of their role or roles as well as the dance school they were associated with.

Please email to: president@saeisteddfod.com.au
