    Please note Small Troupes Sections are for a maximum of 12 dancers and may have up to 2 dancers who are up to a year older than the entered Troupe age group. This rule applies to Small Troupes Sections ONLY.

Dance School Showcase (Any Genre)

Time Limit 10 Minutes!

Showcase the talents of your dance school in a mini extravaganza!

This can involve multiple age groups and develops your dance studio’s team spirit!

How To Enter - You can start this process prior to entries opening…

Step 1. Fill in your email address twice and click on Send Code.

Step 2. Enter Code sent to your email address (check spam folder if you haven’t received it after a minute or two).

Step 3. You are now on the homepage. If you are on Apple devices click on the ‘square with the arrow up’ icon (either at the bottom or top of your screen) and choose ‘Add to Home Screen’ or ‘Add to Dock’. This will make an app icon for easy logins. If you are on Android, click on the menu on the top right of your screen and choose ‘Add to Home Screen’.

Step 4. Check Competition Info and Sections – You can do this prior to entries opening!


Step 5. Fill out Declarations and Mandatory questions (Agree and Save).


Step 6. Register your contact details.


Step 7. Go to Competitors at the bottom of the screen and add the competitors or groups you wish to enter.


Step 8. When entries open, go to the app, click on the Large blue rectangle with the word ‘Enter’ towards the bottom of the screen. Click on the competitor you wish to enter at the top of that page and choose the sections you wish to enter. Ensure you have chosen sections with the correct age group for that competitor. Age is taken at 1 of January this year. Entries may be waitlisted when particular sections are full.


Step 9. Continue to Payment to confirm your entries.


Step 10. Review your entries from the home page.


SASDS Entry Fees:

Troupes/Crews $30
Solos $30
Duos/Trios $40
Championships $50

+ SASDS Registration Fee $25 per family
+ WE HUB Admin Fee $6 per family (includes Online Entry System, Online Programme, Voice Crits, Online Results etc)
+ A very small Stripe Fee for the Payment Facility
