Please deliver your props to the side stage before commencement of your session (in the break times) see the live schedule for break times. We will provide an additional Marquee for props near the side stage roller door for Troupes to store Props ready for moving in or out over the Troupe Weekend.

Parking

Please enter the School by GATE 4 at Westminster School. There is a lot of parking on the school grounds from Gate 4, however, if it is full, please park in the adjacent streets and observe any parking limits/signs. No parking on grassed areas within the school and please drive slowly to the school limits at all times.

**Please do not enter via Gate 2 as that is for School staff, committee members and delivery vehicles and food trucks only.

Dressing Room Allocations

Rooms are allocated according to the number of troupes entered and the space required. We do our best to provide comfortable changing facilities for everyone. Please note we have access to the large block of toilets across the quadrangle from the front entrance of the theatre (not the oval side) under the stairs over the Troupe/Crew weekend. This is a great space if toilets and change rooms are full and you need more facilities.

The Dressing Room Allocations and a map will be available at the Ticket Box in the foyer of the theatre.

****HIP HOP CREWS**** we have allocated a special space for Hip Hop Night dancers to gather - the Junior School Gymnasium. After getting ready, feel free to leave your belongings in your allocated dressing room, you can then move to the Junior Gymnasium to meet your crew and other crews, warm up, practice, mentor, hype and dance.
